Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 7+ years relevant experience in banking/fintech.
• Ability to build complex Excel financial models.
• Knowledge of pricing, deposits, and net interest margin.
• Familiarity with BaaS and payments business models.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
