Job summary

MVB Financial Corp. seeks a Sr. Manager, Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics to lead profitability initiatives for its Fintech division.

This role partners with finance and business leaders to set pricing, build financial models, and optimize client economics across fintech relationships. The position sits in the Finance Department with no direct reports, and remote work is supported from multiple U.S. states.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
• 7+ years in banking or Fintech with strong Excel modeling ability.
• Knowledge of banking economics, deposits pricing and net interest margin.
• Experience with BaaS and payments business models.

Responsibilities

• Own profitability strategy for Fintech relationships and pricing.
• Develop and maintain financial models and projections for client profitability.
• Prepare pricing recommendations for new Fintech clients across components.
• Lead Finance reviews and present recommendations to committees.
• Collaborate with senior Fintech leadership and sponsor bank parties.
• Monitor portfolio profitability and drive actions to improve returns.
