This role collaborates with the Head of Business Development, Fintech Division, and the Chief Deposit Officer to develop pricing methodologies and financial terms for Fintech clients, ensuring alignment with overall financial objectives. The candidate will build and maintain sophisticated financial models, forecast performance, and communicate recommendations to senior

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant experience including banking/fintech.

Responsabilités

• Own Fintech profitability strategy including methodology, thresholds and return requirements.
• Develop and maintain financial models and projections for client profitability and executive decisions.
• Prepare pricing recommendations for Fintech clients, including fee structures, deposits, earnings credit, revenue share and contract terms.
• Lead finance reviews during client evaluation and present to Fintech Oversight Committee.
• Collaborate with senior Fintech leadership on strategy and pricing.
