MVB Financial Corp. in the United States (remote-friendly) is seeking a Manager, Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics to own the profitability framework for the Fintech division.

You will develop models, set pricing structures, and present recommendations to executive leadership, collaborating with Head of Business Development and Chief Deposit Officer. The role requires 7+ years in finance with banking/Fintech experience, advanced Excel skills, and ability to influence cross-functional partners

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant banking/Fintech experience.
• Strong Excel modeling and advanced financial analysis skills.
• Familiarity with Banking as a Service (BaaS) and payments business models.
• Experience forecasting and analyzing unit economics and partner performance.

Responsabilités

• Own Fintech profitability strategy, including methodology and return requirements for engagements.
• Develop and maintain financial models and projections for client profitability.
• Prepare pricing recommendations across all components (fees, deposits, pricing, revenue share).
• Lead Finance review during client evaluation and present to Fintech Oversight Committee.
• Communicate pricing strategy and requirements to Fintech team and renegotiate contracts as needed.
• Collaborate with senior Fintech leadership and sponsor bank counterparties.
