Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, software engineering, or other deeply technical roles within fintech or financial services technology in the US.
• Led complex architecture-driven engagements end to end in fintech or payments.
• Strong hands-on understanding of fintech platforms including mobile money, digital payments, and API ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to design, demos, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Act as lead technical authority in customer engagements, positioning Ericsson Mobile Financial Services as the right architectural fit.
• Architect tailored, scalable solutions spanning mobile money, digital wallets, payment processing, APIs, and financial inclusion use cases.
• Design integration and architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability, and interoperability for US financial services.
• Build solution narratives connecting deep technical capability to business value for engineering and executives.
• Produce technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses that differentiate us on technical merit and value.
• Lead handovers to delivery, coordinating with sales, product, and implementation teams.
• Stay ahead of US fintech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscape; feed insights into strategy.
• Create reusable assets like reference architectures, demo environments, and integration patterns.
