Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Presales Solution Architect for a US-remote role to design and present architectural solutions in fintech and digital payments. You will lead discovery, create tailored end-to-end solutions, and articulate business value to both technical and executive audiences.

The role requires deep architecture expertise in fintech, strong API and microservices know-how, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or deeply technical roles within fintech or financial services tech in the US.
• Proven track record leading architecture-driven fintech engagements end-to-end.
• Hands-on understanding of fintech platforms including mobile money, digital payments, wallet infrastructure, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentations.
• Act as lead technical authority in customer engagements for fintech environments.
• Architect tailored, scalable solutions across mobile money, digital wallets, payments, and API ecosystems.
• Design integration architectures addressing security, compliance, scalability, and interoperability in US financial services.
• Build compelling solution narratives linking technical capability to business value for engineering and executives.
• Produce high-quality technical proposals, blueprints, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Coordinate handovers to delivery with sales, product, and implementation teams.
• Track US fintech trends and regulation to inform solution strategy.
• Create reusable assets like reference architectures and demo environments.
