Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture or other deeply technical roles in fintech/payments.
• Proven lead on architecture-driven engagements end-to-end in fintech or payments.
• Hands-on fintech platforms knowledge including mobile money and digital payments.
• Strong English communication and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical presales process from discovery to executive presentations.
• Act as the lead technical authority in customer engagements for fintech solutions.
• Architect tailored, scalable solutions spanning mobile money, wallets and payments.
• Design integration and systems architectures addressing security, compliance and scalability.
• Build compelling narratives connecting tech capability to business value.
• Produce high-quality proposals, blueprints and RFP/RFI responses.
• Drive clean handovers to delivery with cross-functional collaboration.
• Stay ahead of market trends in US fintech and regulatory shifts.
• Create reusable assets: reference architectures and demo environments.
• Mentor colleagues and support partner-led engagements.
