Qualificações

• 10+ years in solution architecture or deeply technical fintech roles in the US.
• Led complex architecture-driven engagements in fintech/payments with end-to-end design ownership.
• Hands-on fintech platforms including mobile money, digital wallets, and API management.
• Strong knowledge of security, data integration, scalability and resilience.
• Ability to translate deep technical work into executive-level value propositions.
• Excellent design, writing, presentation and RFP response skills.
• Collaborative, customer-first mindset with ability to work across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end technical presales from discovery to architecture and demos.
• Lead technical authority in customer engagements for fintech environments.
• Architect scalable solutions spanning mobile money, wallets, payments, and APIs.
• Design integration patterns addressing security, compliance and interop.
• Create solution narratives linking technical capability to business value.
• Produce proposals, blueprints and RFP/RFI responses.
• Coordinate handovers to delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Track US fintech trends and feed insights into strategy.
• Build reusable technical assets and mentor teammates.
