Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 8+ years in Pre-Sales/Solutions Consulting or 10+ years in enterprise client-facing services.
• Exceptional communication and leadership with ability to engage C-level audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer locations.

Responsabilités

• Own account strategy and technical orchestration for strategic opportunities.
• Lead executive workshops to connect objectives to Appian capabilities.
• Architect high-quality POCs/POVs with executive sponsorship.
• Understand complex IT landscapes and integrate Appian into enterprise environments.
• Direct technical validation for RFIs, RFPs, and security reviews.
• Influence product roadmap with customer feedback.
• Scale and mentor through enablement sessions and reusable assets.
