You will own account strategy, drive technical demonstrations, and translate complex requirements into scalable Appian solutions while collaborating with product and sales teams. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 8+ years of successful experience in Pre-Sales or Solutions Consulting or related enterprise software pre-sales role.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Own Account Strategy: lead technical strategy for strategic accounts and complex campaigns.
• Facilitate Executive Workshops: conduct roadmap sessions and executive visioning with customers.
• Architect Custom Solutions: scope, design, and deliver high-quality proofs of concept.
• Navigate Complex Landscapes: understand core banking systems, CRM, data, and enterprise apps to integrate Appian.
• Own Technical Validation: direct technical responses in RFIs, RFPs, and security reviews.
• Influence Product Roadmap: feedback loop to product management with customer requirements.
• Scale & Mentor: share reusable assets and enablement content across teams.
