Job summary

Appian is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant for Financial Services to guide strategic accounts and drive high-impact cloud solutions. You will co-create roadmaps with customers, run transformation workshops, and architect proofs of value with executive sponsorship to win complex opportunities.

You will navigate core banking, CRM, data, and AI-enabled workflows, shaping the technical response for RFIs/RFPs and influencing the product roadmap. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 8+ years in Pre-Sales or solutions consulting in enterprise software.
• Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for strategic accounts and complex campaigns.
• Lead executive roadmapping sessions and transformation workshops.
• Design and deliver high-quality POCs/POVs with clear success criteria.
• Understand banking, CRM, data, AI, and integration landscapes.
• Direct RFIs/RFPs responses and security/architecture reviews.
• Influence product roadmap with real-world customer feedback.
• Mentor peers and share reusable assets to scale best practices.
