Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years in Pre-Sales Engineer / Solutions Consultant or 10+ years in enterprise software pre-sales or technical consulting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with experience engaging executives and C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own Account Strategy: lead technical strategy for strategic accounts and complex campaigns.
• Facilitate Executive Workshops: run roadmap sessions and workshops aligning objectives to Appian capabilities.
• Architect Custom Solutions: scope, design, and deliver POCs/POVs with executive sponsorship and clear success criteria.
• Navigate Complex Landscapes: understand banking systems, CRM, data, AI, and enterprise development to integrate Appian.
• Own Technical Validation: respond to RFIs/RFPs, security reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Influence Product Roadmap: provide feedback to Product Management on customer requirements.
• Scale & Mentor: coach peers and lead enablement sessions, sharing assets and success stories.
