Appian is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor for financial services, partners, sales leadership, and product teams. You will own account strategy, lead technical orchestration for strategic opportunities, and translate complex requirements into impactful solutions that drive hyper-growth in Appian's Enterprise-Grade Orchestration ecosystem.

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with a proven ability to conduct deep discovery, analyze requirements, present to executives, and engage C-level audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer locations throughout the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Own Account Strategy: lead the technical strategy for strategic accounts and complex sales campaigns, partnering with Account Executives.
• Facilitate Executive Workshops: run roadmap sessions and workshops aligning objectives to Appian capabilities.
• Architect Custom Solutions: scope, design, and deliver POCs/POVs with executive sponsorship and clear success criteria.
• Navigate Complex Landscapes: understand core banking, CRM, data, AI, and enterprise systems to integrate Appian.
• Own Technical Validation: guide responses to RFIs/RFPs, security reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Influence Product Roadmap: feedback loop to Product Management on customer requirements.
• Scale & Mentor: coach peers and develop reusable assets and customer success stories.
