Appian, a leader in AI-powered process automation, seeks a Senior Solutions Consultant for the Financial Services sector. You will own account strategy, orchestrate technical solutions, and lead workshops to align business objectives with Appian capabilities.

You will design PoCs/POVs, navigate complex IT landscapes, and influence product roadmap while mentoring teammates in a remote, field-enabled role. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or related field.
• 8+ years as Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or equivalent in enterprise software marketing/sales.
• Hands-on programming experience in modern languages and databases.
• Strong ability to discover requirements, present to executives, and engage C-level audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer locations across the region.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical strategy for strategic accounts and complex sales campaigns.
• Lead customer roadmap sessions, transformation workshops, and executive visioning discussions.
• Architect high-quality, custom PoCs and POVs with executive sponsorship.
• Understand client IT landscapes and integrate Appian into complex environments.
• Direct technical responses for RFIs, RFPs, security reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Influence Product Management by relaying real-world customer requirements to roadmap.
• Mentor peers and develop reusable assets and customer success stories.
