Job summary

Appian is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant for Financial Services. You will own account strategy, lead executive workshops, and architect cloud-based solutions that integrate core banking, CRM, data, and AI capabilities.

You will drive technical validation for RFIs/RFPs, influence the product roadmap, and mentor field teams while engaging executives across large financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/Information Systems/IT/Business IT or related field.
• 8+ years as Pre-Sales Engineer or Solutions Consultant, or 10+ years in enterprise services/consulting with sales exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for strategic accounts and complex campaigns.
• Lead executive roadmap sessions and transformation workshops with customers.
• Design and deliver high-quality Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Proof of Values (POVs).
• Understand customer IT landscapes (banking systems, CRM, data, AI, APIs) and integrate Appian into environments.
• Direct the technical response for RFIs, RFPs, security reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Influence Product Management with real customer requirements for roadmap input.
• Mentor peers, enable field sessions, and create reusable assets and case studies.
