Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Senior Field Technician to lead field crews in testing, inspection, and commissioning of high-, medium-, and low-voltage equipment at substations across North America. You will coordinate projects, ensure safety, and interface with engineering teams to deliver high-quality, on-time results.

The role requires 10+ years in the industry, a technical degree, and NETA certifications; travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Electrical / Electronic technology or military experience.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• NETA III Certification or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews on testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical equipment across substations.
• Ensure safety and compliance by enforcing PPE use and site safety policies; conduct safety briefings.
• Develop testing plans, document results, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
