Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Sr. Field Technician to lead field crews in testing, maintenance, and commissioning of HV/MV/LV equipment across diverse facilities. You will drive safety, coordinate with engineers, and deliver high-quality field services on schedule.

The role demands strong technical expertise, excellent communication, and willingness to travel for projects across North America. EPS offers competitive benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic technology or military experience preferred.
NETA III certified; NETA IV certified a plus.
Strong safety focus and ability to pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

Lead crews in testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of high, medium, and low voltage equipment.
Provide technical leadership and interface with customers and engineering teams.
Develop test plans and reports documenting testing, maintenance, and system performance.
