Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Senior Field Technician to lead field crews across substations, overseeing testing, maintenance, and commissioning of LV/MV/HV equipment. You will coordinate with customers and engineers to ensure safe, high-quality execution and deliver comprehensive test reports.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in the electrical test/maintenance industry, NETA credentials, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Willing to work overtime and travel out of town as required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Bachelor or Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology; military experience preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience; NETA III certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of high, medium, and low voltage equipment.
• Interface with customers and engineering teams to ensure safety and quality.
• Develop testing plans, procedures, and work scopes for electrical systems.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting testing, maintenance, and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Field Technician levels I-III.
