Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Sr. Field Technician to lead field crews through testing, maintenance, and commissioning of high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical equipment.

You will interface with customers and engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient execution of substation work across North America. The role requires strong leadership, project coordination, and deep technical knowledge in electrical systems, with travel and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen (safety sensitive).
• Background check clearance required.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel out of town as needed.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews and manage complex testing and maintenance projects in electrical systems.
• Perform testing, commissioning, and maintenance of high/medium/low voltage equipment.
• Develop plans, reports, and documentation for project execution.
• Coordinate field activities with engineers and project managers.
