Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is hiring a Senior Field Technician to lead crews in testing, maintenance, and commissioning of high, medium, and low voltage equipment across diverse facilities. You will interface with customers and engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient project execution.

The role requires extensive field experience, strong safety discipline, and the ability to coordinate complex field activities with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate: Electrical/Electronic technology preferred.
• Experience with safety protocols and field operations is required.
• NETA certification levels enhance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety briefings and enforce PPE usage.
• Manage testing, inspection, maintenance and commissioning of high/medium/low voltage equipment.
• Analyze test results and validate system performance.
• Prepare and review detailed testing and incident reports.
• Coordinate field activities with engineers, PMs, and customers.
• Mentor and develop Field Technician personnel.
