Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Sr. Field Technician to lead field crews in testing, maintenance, and commissioning of high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical equipment across diverse facilities in North America.

You will drive safety, coordinate projects, review test results, and interface with customers and engineering teams to ensure high-quality execution and reliable system performance.

Qualifications

• Safety focus and ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Criminal background check required.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel out of town.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews in testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of LV/MV/HV equipment.
• Install, test and maintain electrical apparatus including breakers, transformers, switchgear, and protection systems.
• Develop test plans and write detailed reports of testing and maintenance results.
• Coordinate field activities with engineers and project managers to meet schedule and safety requirements.
• Mentor Field Technician I–III and provide technical guidance to crews.
