Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Sr. Field Technician to lead field crews, manage complex testing and maintenance projects, and serve as the primary interface with customers and engineering teams.

You will oversee high, medium, and low voltage electrical equipment testing and commissioning across utilities and data centers. The role requires strong leadership, extensive field experience, and the ability to coordinate safety-focused field activities while delivering high-quality results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic technology or military experience preferred.
• 10+ years relevant industry experience.
• NETA II/III certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews and manage complex testing and maintenance projects.
• Interface with customers and engineering teams to ensure safety and quality.
• Develop testing plans, procedures, and work scopes for electrical equipment.
