Job summary

Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Senior Field Technician to lead crews, manage complex testing and maintenance projects, and serve as the primary field interface with customers and engineering teams.

The role requires extensive experience with electrical equipment across HV/MV/LV, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to coordinate field activities, prepare reports, and mentor technicians on safety and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Safety & leadership: enforce PPE use, lead daily site briefings, promote safe work practices
• Technical execution & expertise: lead testing, inspection, maintenance, commissioning of HV/LV equipment; troubleshoot systems
• Planning, reporting & project oversight: develop test plans, prepare and review detailed reports, manage documentation
• Team development & coordination: mentor Field Technician levels I-III, provide technical guidance
• Customer & business interface: act as primary field contact for customers and engineers, maintain client relations
• Project execution: coordinate field activities with engineers and project managers to meet schedule and quality requirements
