Qualifications

• 8+ years field service experience with industry-related product lines.
• Two-year electronics or mechanical engineering degree or equivalent in field experience.
• Must be able to travel extensively (70%).

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor technicians; SME for product line.
• Lead team on special projects requiring technical expertise.
• Provide remote and on-site support to customers in the Americas.
