Fujifilm Print US is seeking a Field Service Technician – Level 4 to act as SME for a product line, mentoring technicians and leading special projects. Travel across the US will be required, with remote work in the Western region near a major airport.

The role emphasizes strong electronics knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to provide remote and on-site support to customers in the Americas. Training and collaboration with multiple regions are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of field service experience in related product lines.
• Two-year electronics or mechanical engineering degree or equivalent in field experience.
• Field service experience with toner-based production equipment.
• Valid driver's license (Real ID) and passport required.
• Willing to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor technicians as SME for the product line.
• Lead team on special projects requiring technical expertise.
• Provide remote and on-site support and repair to customers in the Americas.
• Communicate issues to managers and the support group.
• Attend training sessions and conduct technical training classes.
