Fujifilm North America Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician – Level 4 to serve as the SME for a designated product line. The role involves solving complex field issues, leading technicians, and providing remote and on-site support across North, Central, and South America.

This remote position in the Western US requires extensive travel (about 70%), near a major airport, and participation in global training to stay current with product lines.

Qualifikationen

• Requires 8+ years field service with related product lines.
• Two-year electronics or mechanical engineering degree or equivalent in field experience.
• Extensive knowledge of electronics.
• Computer skills with emphasis on operating systems and hardware.
• Must be able to travel up to 70% and hold a valid state driver's license and passport.

Aufgaben

• Coach and mentor internal and partner technicians as SME for the product line.
• Lead team on special projects requiring technical expertise.
• Provide remote and on-site support and repair to customers in North, Central and South America while in the field.
• Diagnose and resolve complex service issues using data and KT methodology.
• Maintain communication with management and support teams to ensure issue resolution.
• Develop strong customer relationships and perform pre-installation site assessments.
• Submit service activity information in a timely manner; manage returns of parts and maintenance tasks.
• Attend training classes worldwide to stay current on products.
