Responsibilities include mentoring, leading special projects, and coordinating with service managers. The position offers remote work within the Western region and near a major airport, with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 8+ years of field service experience in related product lines.
• Two-year electronics or mechanical engineering degree or field experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
• Valid state driver’s license (Real ID) and passport.

Responsabilités

• Coach and mentor technicians; SME for the product line.
• Leads team in special projects requiring technical expertise.
• Provide remote and on-site support across the Americas.
• Submit service activity information and paperwork timely.
• Attend training classes worldwide to stay current.
• Communicate technical issues to management and support groups.
