FUJIFILM North America Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician – Level 4 who will serve as SME for a product line, mentor technicians, and deliver on-site and remote support across North America. This remote role covers the Western region of the US, from Texas to California, and requires travel approaching 70%.

Responsibilities include leading special projects, performing pre-installations, and delivering training while coordinating with service management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of field service experience with industry-related product lines.
• Two-year electronics or mechanical engineering degree or equivalent in field experience.
• Extensive knowledge of electronics and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor technicians as SME for the product line.
• Lead team on special projects requiring technical expertise.
• Provide remote and on-site support across North and South America.
• Communicate issues to management and ensure timely resolutions.
• Attend training and conduct technical sessions for others.
