Qualifications

• 8+ years of field service experience with industry-related product lines.
• Two-year electronics or mechanical engineering degree or equivalent in field experience.
• Extensive knowledge of electronics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor internal and partner technicians for the product line as SME.
• Lead team in special projects requiring technical expertise.
• Provide remote and on-site support and repair to customers in the US and the Americas.
• Attend training classes to stay current on products.
• Travel 70% as required.
