Job summary

Fujifilm North America Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician - Level 4, a specialist for a single product line. The role involves full knowledge of operation and mechanics, mentoring technicians, and providing field and remote support across the Americas with regional travel.

This remote Western US position requires travel, training, and strong communication as the SME; you will lead installations, solve complex issues, and liaise with service managers to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 8+ years of field service experience with relevant product lines.
• Two-year electronics or mechanical engineering degree or equivalent in field experience.
• Extensive knowledge of electronics and hardware.
• Valid driver's license and passport; willingness to travel 70%

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technicians as SME for the product line.
• Provide remote and on-site support to customers across the Americas.
• Coach teams on installations and repairs and lead special projects.
• Coordinate with service managers to ensure timely resolutions.
• Attend trainings to stay current on products; conduct training sessions.
