Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of field service experience with industry-related product lines.
• Two-year electronics or mechanical engineering degree or equivalent field experience.
• Field service experience with toner-based production equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of electronics.
• Computer skills with emphasis on operating systems and hardware.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Valid state driver's license and passport; travel up to 70%.

Aufgaben

• Coach and mentor technicians with installations/repairs as SME for the product line.
• Lead team in special projects requiring technical expertise.
• Provide remote and on-site support and repair across the Americas.
• Analyze issues and develop solutions using KT methodology and data.
• Maintain communication with management and support teams for issue resolution.
• Develop strong customer relationships and perform site assessments.
• Complete service activity documentation promptly.
• Manage parts returns and preventive maintenance activities.
• Attend training globally to stay current on products.
• Deliver technical training and participate in customer demos as needed.
