• Ability to train and mentor technicians; SME mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor technicians; act as SME for the product line.
• Lead team on special projects requiring technical expertise.
• Provide remote and on-site support across the Americas; travel as needed.
• Document service activity and maintain equipment logs.
