The incumbent will mentor technicians, provide on-site and remote support, and drive improvements in service delivery. The position requires extensive electronics knowledge, 8+ years of field service experience, and a valid driver’s license and passport.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of field service experience with industry-related product lines.
• Extensive knowledge of electronics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Understand and embrace importance of communication and its role relative to the customer.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor technicians; act as SME for product line.
• Lead team on special projects requiring technical expertise.
• Provide remote and on-site support to customers.
• Pursue solutions for technical gaps and communicate with managers.
