The position requires extensive travel (up to 70%), SME leadership, and hands-on technician support across North and South America.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, handling complex service issues, and engaging in ongoing product training. Excellent electronics knowledge and strong customer communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of field service experience with industry-related product lines.
• Valid state driver's license (Real ID compliant) and passport.
• Field service experience with toner-based production equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of electronics.
• Computer skills with operating systems and hardware.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Understand and embrace importance of communication with customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor technicians; SME for the product line.
• Lead team in special projects requiring technical expertise.
• Provide remote and on-site support to customers in the Americas.
• Resolve complex service issues using data-driven analysis.
• Maintain communication with managers and support teams.
• Attend training to stay current on products and processes.
