Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and time management.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrate and execute the warranty return process.
• Explain and execute the shipping process and part packaging.
• Understand channel planning and indirect purchasing through Coupa.
• Explain KPIs and metrics and their significance.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in parts procurement and improve processes.
• Communicate with technicians to promote clear customer communication.
• Identify and order correct parts for repairs.
• Navigate parts assemblies/subassemblies and Rivian BIN scheme.
• Perform daily counts and safeguard tool usage.
