Rivian Automotive is seeking a Parts Advisor to improve internal customer experience at service locations. This role requires focus, initiative, and strong communication to support service needs and coordinate with Regional Parts Specialists, Technicians, Advisors, and local Management.

You will champion continuous improvement, adapt in ambiguous environments, and deliver customer-first service while maintaining Rivian’s safety and process standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced service environment.
• Customer-focused with a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to learn Rivian processes.
• Ability to lift up to 85 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and execute the warranty return process.
• Explain and execute the shipping process and proper packaging for parts.
• Understand channel planning and how it works.
• Handle indirect purchasing through Coupa and explain KPIs.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain clear communication with teams.
• Receive, bin and track parts, including back orders.
