Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Parts Advisor to enhance internal customer experience at service locations. This role requires focus, initiative, and strong communication to support service teams and customers.

You will coordinate with Regional Parts Specialists, Technicians, Advisors, and local management to drive continuous improvement. The position requires a dynamic, resourceful leader with a customer-first mindset and comfort in ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Patience, empathy and problem-solving ability.
• Customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing conditions.
• Physical ability to perform tasks and lift up to 85 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and execute the warranty return process.
• Explain shipping and packaging processes for parts.
• Understand channel planning and indirect purchasing.
• Explain KPI s and metrics and their significance.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in parts procurement and improve processes.
• Communicate with technicians and leads to optimize customer service.
