Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Parts Advisor in Washington to overdeliver on internal customer experience at service locations. You will collaborate with Regional Parts Specialists, Technicians, Advisors, and local Management to support service needs.

• Strong communication, organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and execute the warranty return process.
• Explain and execute the shipping process and part packaging.
• Coordinate with channel planning and indirect purchasing via Coupa.
• Explain KPIs and metrics and their significance.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in parts procurement and learn from errors.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and leads to maintain clear channels.
