Rivian Automotive in California is seeking a Parts Advisor to overdeliver on internal customer experience at service locations. You will coordinate with Regional Parts Specialists, Technicians, Advisors, and local Management, requiring initiative, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include processing warranty returns, shipping parts, and managing parts inventory using Rivian systems. A customer‑first mindset and flexibility with shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Patience, empathy and attention to detail with problem‑solving focus.
• Customer service oriented in fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate and execute the warranty return process.
• Explain and execute shipping and packaging of parts.
• Explain channel planning and indirect purchasing through Coupa.
• Understand, explain KPI's and metrics and their significance.
• Identify discrepancies in parts procurement and improve processes.
• Communicate with technicians and leads to maintain clear channels.
