Rivian is seeking a Parts Advisor in Washington state to overdeliver on internal service-center customer experience. You will manage parts flow, stock levels, and process adherence while coordinating with Regional Parts Specialists, Technicians, Advisors, and local management.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset. Flexibility for shifts and high-energy collaboration is expected to support service teams and ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in parts management or inventory control is a plus.
• Strong communication and organization skills required.
• Ability to train others and explain processes clearly.

Responsabilités

• Train and guide others on receiving and stocking parts and inventory management.
• Support Rivian Service Centers and coordinate with regional teams.
• Explain and execute process standards (warranty returns, shipping, pre-pulling parts).
• Understand physical inventory processes and maintain MIN/MAX levels.
• Communicate KPI significance and resolve procurement discrepancies.
• Collaborate with technicians and leads to optimize customer service.
• Identify and order correct parts and understand assemblies.
• BIN parts and follow Rivian's BIN scheme; operate required software/tools.
