You will coordinate with Regional Parts Specialists, Technicians, Advisors, and management, driving continuous improvement and clear cross-functional communication. The role requires attention to detail, organization, and a proactive, collaborative approach to support Rivian’s service teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and execute the warranty return process.
• Explain and execute the shipping process and packaging of parts.
• Understand channel planning and indirect purchasing through Coupa.
• Explain KPI's and metrics and their significance.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in parts procurement and improve processes.
