Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Parts Advisor to overdeliver on internal customer experience at service locations. The role requires focus, initiative, strong communication, and cross-team collaboration to support service teams and customers.

You will coordinate with Regional Parts Specialists, Technicians, Advisors, and local management, with a customer-first mindset and flexibility in dynamic conditions. Prior experience in parts management and process standardization is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with leadership experience.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and guide others on receiving and stocking parts and inventory management.
• Explain and execute processes like warranty return and shipping.
• Maintain accurate counts and negotiate with internal partners as needed.
• Provide timely communication to channel planning and technicians.
