Rivian is seeking a Parts Advisor in Bellevue, WA to elevate internal customer experience at service locations. You will work with Regional Parts Specialists, Technicians, Advisors, and local management to ensure efficient parts flow and problem-solving across teams.

Qualifications

• Train and guide others on parts receiving and stocking.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience in parts management and inventory control.
• Must be able to lift up to 85 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Fluent English reading and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Train and guide others on parts receiving and stocking.
• Support Rivian Service Centers when required.
• Explain and execute processes, standards and warranties.
• Explain physical inventory processes and bin parts.
• Communicate with channel planning to ensure MIN/MAX levels.
• Explain KPIs and their meaning.
• Identify discrepancies in parts procurement and improve processes.
