Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior field resource for care model implementation, supporting FRMs and customers through launch and ongoing feature rollouts.
• Translate IRA and Medicare policy changes into actionable field readiness, equipping FRMs and customers with the knowledge and tools needed as dynamics evolve.
• Design and lead field training initiatives based on direct observation, while providing senior‑level coaching and escalation support to field teams.
