Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage a regional Oncology FRM team.
• Build, hire, and onboard a portfolio-ready team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Set and reinforce expectations for customer engagement and compliant use of resources.
• Coach FRMs through travel, meetings, and development plans.
• Educate HCP staff on coverage, coding, billing, and affordability support.
• Translate oncology portfolio strategy into regional execution plans.
• Partner with Patient Services, Market Access, Sales, and Brand to define training and tools.
• Monitor team activity and performance through analytics and field insights.
