Zusammenfassung

AbbVie is seeking a field-based professional to educate health care providers on patient access programs and reimbursement tools. This role requires close collaboration with sales, market access and patient services teams within the FRM territory, and extensive travel.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of neuroscience-related account management experience and a solid understanding of payer policies and credentialing requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Field-based role requiring strong HCP education on payer programs.
• Expertise in payer policies, coverage criteria and prior authorization processes.
• Experience working across sales, market access and patient services.
• Ability to build relationships with providers and navigate HCIR requirements.

Aufgaben

• Educate HCPs on patient support programs, including approved access and reimbursement support tools and services.
• Educate HCPs via approved resources to address access issues.
• Be a subject matter expert on payer policies to educate providers on payer requirements.
• Work in a high cross-matrix environment, liaising with Sales, Market Access and Patient Services, and AbbVie’s Access and Reimbursement center.
• Identify and report back payer trends related for approved products to Patient Services and market access account management teams.
• Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate providers within the FRM territory, prioritizing travel & activity across geography.
• Remain current on key managed care, reimbursement, and policy activities.
• Demonstrate agility to incorporate approved resources and data to support HCP education initiatives.
