• Escalate care model and patient services issues arising in the field.
• Conduct regular field visits with FRMs to observe execution and troubleshoot.
• Monitor regional care model execution and surface gaps with recommended solutions.
• Translate IRA policy changes into practical field guidance and FAQs.
