Job summary

AbbVie in the United States is seeking a dynamic leader to serve as Lead, coach, develop, and manage a regional Oncology FRM team, building a portfolio-ready group with clear expectations and a culture of accountability. You will set expectations for customer engagement, educate HCP staff on coverage and affordability, and translate oncology portfolio strategy into regional plans.
