Eaton's Corporate division seeks a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant who can lead end-to-end executive recruitment. Remote within the US or based in Beachwood, OH. You will own the process from sourcing to offer, partnering with the ETA function globally.

The role requires deep experience in executive search, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to build a robust talent network across functions and industries.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of executive recruitment experience and/or relevant experience; including recruitment of SVP and C Suite level positions.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position (no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H-1B etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Manage 10–15 executive level requisitions consistently; lead kickoff calls and align on position success profile.
• Oversee research to identify qualified candidates and build an executive talent pipeline; provide market insights to stakeholders.
• Source, engage, and evaluate executive leadership candidates based on qualifications and readiness for scale.
• Guide hiring teams through the search process; use data to understand market challenges and talent gaps.
• Collaborate with hiring to design interview process and coordinate scheduling for end-to-end process.
• Collect and disseminate feedback from candidates and hiring teams.
• Partner with Executive Compensation to negotiate offers and lead offer communication.
• Initiate and manage the Executive Leadership Assessment program.
• Build and maintain a robust network of internal and external relationships.
