Eaton's Corporate division seeks a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition Consultant to own end-to-end executive recruitment. Based in the US (Beachwood, OH or remote), you will lead searches for SVP and C-suite roles and partner across the enterprise to deliver best-in-class hiring experiences.

The role requires strong advisory skills, market insight, and the ability to manage multiple executive searches with coordination of interviews and complex offers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of executive recruitment experience and/or relevant experience; including recruitment of SVP and C Suite level positions.
• Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Manage 10–15 executive level reqs consistently; coordinate and lead kickoff calls for new searches and align on position success profile with hiring team.
• Oversee research initiatives to identify qualified candidates and provide market insights to stakeholders.
• Source, engage, and evaluate executive leadership candidates according to search qualifications and leadership readiness.
• Guide and support hiring teams through the search process and use data to understand market challenges and talent gaps.
• Design interview processes with hiring teams and coordinate interview scheduling for end-to-end process.
• Collect and disseminate feedback from candidates and hiring teams.
• Collaborate with Executive Compensation to provide data for complex offer packages and lead offer communication with candidates.
• Coordinate and manage the Executive Leadership Assessment program.
• Build and maintain a robust network of internal and external relationships across a matrixed environment.
